When we were in the market to buy a home this year, we knew that we would either have to purchase
a home listed for short sale or foreclosure. Given the neighborhoods that we had an interested in,

short sales or foreclosures really were the only options available at our price point. Several realtors

tried to deter us from these kinds of transactions. The number one reason given by the various realtors

was that the process was too difficult and would take too long. Then we met Wes and Tyler! These guys

have such expertise in navigating short sale purchases. The short sale process most definitely took longer

than it would have taken to purchase a home thorough a traditional equity sale. However, we found a

magnificent home in an awesome neighborhood and we saved so much money. In addition to that, the

entire short sale process took approximately 12 weeks from the time that we identified the home until the

close of escrow which is a much shorter time line than most realtors would estimate. Wes, Tyler and their

team have the experience and the connections that it takes to complete short sales in a timely manner.

And what’s more, we could not have asked for a more dedicated, professional and stellar team to work
